About Louth Park
Louth Park is a suburb of Hunter Valley, New South
Wales and is about 128 kms north-northeast of
NSW's capital city of Sydney. In the 2011 Australian
census the population of Louth Park was 640 when
there were 296 Females and 344 Males living
there.
One of the biggest attractions in Louth Park, New
South Wales is the Louth Races, an event that is
held every August of the year. The small town
experiences an influx of tourists whenever the
Louth Races begin and the event is known to
attract thousands of tourists. Today, Louth Park is
more known as a farming area where local
residents take care of cattle and other animals.
